All Lakes on Yahara Chain Back to Normal for Boaters Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk, Sheriff Dave Mahoney, and County Board Chairman Scott McDonell announced today the 500-foot “Slow No Wake Orders” for Lakes Mendota and Waubesa are being lifted. Full “Slow No Wake” orders remain for Squaw Bay. The “Slow No Wake” changes on Lakes Monona and Waubesa take effect at 5:00 p.m. today (Wednesday, September 10th).
