Today, Tuesday, February 10th, Josh and Jackie Wescott are in the hospital and, we hope and pray, are about to welcome their third child. Josh will now turn his attention from events at the County Executive’s Office to the joys and trials of fatherhood, times three. While Josh is out, Topf Wells will be substituting for Josh.
