Rental Car Concession Opportunity at Dane County Regional Airport (MSN)

DANE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT (MSN), located in Madison, Wisconsin, invites the submission of letters of interest from rental car companies interested in doing business at MSN. On-airport car rental services at MSN are presently provided by three brand families offering the following six brands: Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, National, and Alamo. The existing car rental concession contracts are currently continuing on a month-to-month basis. To be considered for the upcoming five year contract cycle, any rental car firm that has an interest in providing on-airport car rental services at MSN must submit a letter of interest to MSN by post (Adam Ussher, Assistant Corporation Counsel, Dane County Regional Airport, 4000 International Lane, Madison, WI 53704) or by email (ussher.adam@msnairport.com) so that it is received by midnight (CDT) December 31, 2024. MSN encourages participation by car rental firms that are users of goods and services provided by airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises or are themselves airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises.
