Town of Middleton Crash Investigation

 

September 16, 2024 - Madison, WI:  At 3:53pm, Dane County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a two-vehicle head-on crash that occurred near the intersection of USH 14 and Twin Valley Rd. in the township of Middleton. One of the vehicles started on fire.

 

Two occupants from one vehicle and the driver of the second vehicle were all transported to the hospital by EMS for their injuries.  

 

The crash remains under investigation. As of 4:57pm, USH 14 is closed between Stagecoach Road and Wayside Road. The Sheriff’s Office will update the public when the road is re-opened.

 

UPDATE:

 

All lanes of traffic on USH 15 are back open in both directions as of 8:00pm. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
